Designer Signed Jewelry - This is a vintage gold tone bird brooch with it's body covered in light blue enamel flowers and accented with blue rhinestones. 

The head has turquoise blue rhinestones on its head and a pink rhinestone eye. The brooch measures 1.5" by 1.25" and signed SAC for Samsan.
