Returns / Exchanges / Missing Orders

I do not sell on approval. In the event that you need to return the item, the return must be authorized by me.

The item must not be sized, polished, cleaned, repaired, altered or modified in any way. It must be shipped back, insured and in original packaging.

Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days after receipt. 

If you do not receive your order - We do insure most items. But in order for us to file an insurance claim, we must to be notified within 45 days.
